Dr Flickinger serves on the Advisory Board for the FAMU-FSU Department of Biomedical and Chemical Engineering and has been an advisor to several start-up and emerging companies.

Mr. Paul is the owner of Unparalleled Vision, a home and business renovation company. A strong advocate for the USVI and its resources, he brings the knowledge and expertise of cisterns and their supporting systems needed to enable the best possible application of our technology. Mr. Paul graduated from UVI with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology.

He graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & electronics engineering with a mechanical emphasis. In college, he worked at Terrapin Beer Co. where he developed and maintained all automatic processes and designed waste water filtration devices. With skillsets in CAD, Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electronics, Plumbing, Electricity, and Data Science, Mr. Palmer provides invaluable resources for Research & Development.
